Hunters have made great progress in the fight for state controlled wolf management. We’re turning things around and starting what will be a slow rebuilding process for the game populations that were destroyed. Western Wyoming has seen some of the worst fawn mortality rates this spring since the early 1990's. High snowfall and an extended winter is to blame for lower mule deer numbers across several western states.
